Well, where do I start?

We felt in love on this 2016 new constructed Lennar House in Ruskin, Florida. The price of the house is $224,999. It is a 2-story house and it has 1 master bedroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs we have what they call a flex room where you can convert to another bedroom. We have 1 full bath in the master bedroom and 1 half bath next to the laundry room. Upstairs we have 1 full bath and a game room. Yes, we have a game room with no cable to connect your TV.

I was so busy sending warranty service requests for the first year we moved in to this Lennar house. We are not talking about minor issues like the cracks in our walls and the cracks on the bathtub on the second floor. I am referring to electrical, air conditioning and plumbing issues.

Our lights in the kitchen and living room always goes down when it’s raining so they have to replace the electrical box. Our laundry room cold water is giving us hot water and the same issue in the toilet in the master bedroom. The toilet is flushing hot water. We set our house to cool down to 76 degrees but our air conditioning system can only cool down to 84 degrees so we have to call One Stop Heating and Cooling for that at least twice every year. Lennar build their new houses with cheap materials and very poor quality job. DO NOT attempt to buy a Lennar house.
