Year 2019. I took a one week off on the 4th of July holiday this year and I never had a chance to enjoy it. We spent $2,231 to be exact to have our two units fixed. It made me sleepless for maybe the whole week. We could spend that money for a nice cruise but instead we stayed home and did nothing. We have two units on this two stories newly built Lennar house in 2016 at Ruskin, Florida. We have all the major issues since we moved into this brand new house and one of them is our AC. One Stop Cooling and Heating guys keep fixing the units temporarily (we probably called them at least twice for the first year we moved in). So finally, they replaced the coil of the unit upstairs and we paid almost $800 for the labor of course because the Lennar 1 year warranty expired just maybe a month after this coil went bad.

A week ago, the same shit happened and of course the 1 year warranty of that new coil expired maybe two months ago. Instead of calling One Stop Cooling and Heating, we called Air Rescue. Air rescue replaced the coils for both units so we will see if this works. We then decided to purchase Air Rescue yearly service maintenance for $14/month per unit.
